Common questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new household gets 14 days of Family, with no card. When the trial ends, Lapis simply carries on free: there’s nothing to cancel, and every drawing stays.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, in two taps from the grown-ups area. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then Lapis carries on free. Every profile keeps its drawings, badges and progress.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Yearly plans bought on the web can be refunded in full within 30 days, from the grown-ups area. We also email you 7 days before any yearly renewal.
- Will my child see prices?
- Never. When a lesson is locked on a child’s profile, they can ask their grown-up, which sends you an email. Choosing a plan always needs the family PIN.
- What happens to our data?
- We never sell or rent it, never use it for advertising, and we don’t use third-party analytics or tracking tools. Our privacy notice has the details.
- Are there ads on the free plan?
- No. There are no ads on any plan, free or paid, and there never will be.
